REQUIREMENTS:
THE CANYONS- GRAND SUMMIT HOTEL is a family-oriented resort and conference vacation destination.
To ensure a proper family vacation atmosphere for all guests, you must be least 25 years of age in order to rent our condos.
UNIT ACCOMODATIONS/BED SIZES:
1 bedroom condos accomodate up to 6 people.
Queen in bedroom, 2 window based twins and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The State of Utah fire
code limits the occupancy for 1 bedroom condominiums like ours to 6 people. Please limit the number of individuals in
your group to 6 per condo.
RESERVATION/DEPOSIT PROCESS:
In order to secure your reservation,
you must supply a $50 non-refundable reservation fee(via VISA/MC/Discover/AMEX).
Winter
Guests(Nov - April): Within 10 days a 2 nights lodging advanced payment/deposit is required and the balance
due 45 days before arrival.
Summer Guests(May - Nov): Within 10 days a 1 nights lodging
advanced payment/deposit is required and the balance due 48 hours before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event it becomes necessary to cancel your
reservation, the following policy will apply:
Winter Guests(Nov- April)
60 days prior to arrival: $50 non-refundable reservation fee will be
forfeited.
46 - 60 days prior to arrival: $50 reservation fee and two nights lodging
plus tax will be forfeited.
Within 45 days or less: All advance payments are forfeited.
Summer Guests(May - October)
48 hours prior to arrival: $50 non-refundable reservation
fee will be forfeited.
Within 48 hours of arrival: All advance payments are forfeited.
CHECK-IN:
In person check in time is after 3:00 PM
on your date of arrival at the front desk of THE CANYONS- GRAND SUMMIT HOTEL. A credit card will be required
for incidentals and charging privilages are provided. Heated under-ground valet parking is available along with
bell service for your belongings.
SKI FREE/BREAKFAST PACKAGES: Benefit is provided for
each full day of stay and does not qualify for day of arrival. For example: Weekly rental Friday to Friday, package
begins on Saturday for 6 days.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Hotel-type
service is provided daily and includes changing of beds and towels, light houskeeping/vacuuming and kitchen clean up
as needed.
CHECK-OUT:
Check
out time is before 10:00 AM on your date of departure.
FURNISHINGS:
Our condominiums
are carefuly decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Should there be any issues or concerns in your
condo, the front desk is available 24/7 and maintenance is available to address any concerns.
RENTAL PERIODS/MINIMUM
STAYS:
Rentals periods are defined as Friday to Friday for prime season rentals(7 night minimum). 3
night minimum stay for all remaining periods- contact us with any availability requests, we will do our very best to accomodate
you!
PET POLICY:
THE CANYONS- GRAND SUMMIT HOTEL does not permit pets of any type
on the property. There are kennels available in Park City should you need to bring your pet.
SMOKING
POLICY:
For the comfort of all of our guests, THE CANYONS- GRAND SUMMIT HOTEL is a smoke free property.
TELEPHONE SERVICE:
Each condo has its own separate extension. Local calls are unlimited
and free of charge. Long distance calls must be made collect or with a telephone credit card.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET:
We now offer high speed wireless internet at a nominal
fee.
